Amesbury has pitched terribly in chicago, 12 starts this season 11 Losses and 9.83 ERA. I could see if it was bad luck but hitters are hitting .307 off of him and his dice is 7.11. I like Wood more than Amesbury, he is a year younger and will be a bit more of a power pitcher. I have a few different prospect RP arms and it was worth paying for a pitcher that I feel could be a quality #2 or #3 in my rotation.
