Expansion v.2

I think the one plus to expansion, is that it would equal the playing field from the most part by breaking up the super teams. In that regard it is a plus for expansion. I think and this is old news, but the fact that outahere I believe is the only league to successfully use expansion does not seem like it is a great path to take, even though it would be very interesting to add more teams.

I feel like this would be a tactic to deploy if we ever feel the league is decreasing in activity as people are less interested with their rosters.
