like i said, i enjoy reading hokey's draft analysis every year, i disagree here, which is fine, but i do appreciate the effort that hokey put into this, he very well could be right with this. mcgee just looks unique to me, which maybe since nobody has really seen a 1b like him before, maybe some people thinks he's not gonna be that great, which is possible. i understand the senior HS stats may have worried some, but he was actually 17 years old during that time, and before that he was rock solid at very young ages. mcgee was just too dang interesting to pass up.
