I get a much better catching prospect that is a year younger. Rasmus is still young but will not have a spot in my lineup in a season or two when I look to compete and with his contract expiring, I would not look to resign at 5/6M that he is asking for.
Accept. Get a good hitter, while getting a slight downgrade at catcher prospect. Dumping Hall was great too.
