Yes, our draft and farm settings are too high
These are the main two issues. More veterans should have solid careers until their mid 30s and should see some lasting until their late 30s. With this version of Mogul I don't know if we can expect players to last until their 40s, but it could be a very rare occasion at least.
The draft and farm is the reason why veterans are being pushed out to early. I've said it many times, but maybe this analogy will work. If you don't to admit this as being the problem/reason, you probably don't want to admit you have a penis.
