Yes i essentially choose the bottom 6 options
i dont like the number of 80's and 90's i like when some 70's actually have a place in the major leagues
I do think that there might be too many players 80+ trying to distribute stats to, thus watering down the top talent but this is more of an opinion.
Career paths speak for themselves, its obviously an issue here.
The ratings of the file stunned me when i joined and im sure they do to others as well
The farm rating and draft rating has part to do with the career paths, too many prospects are pushing vets out of the way, I know my team might be the exception to the rule, but I would like to see some 37 and 38 year olds contributing reasonably well.
