IMO you are being way too nice. You miss Re-signings you should be out of the league and not welcomed back. There's nothing worse than not posting your extensions as in most cases like you said players are just cut, or its up to the person doing the file to make GM decisions for that team. Now if there was an emergency or your on vavaction and what have you then sure they shouldn't get booted. I'm talking about th epeople who are just too plain lazy to check the site every couple of days.
