5. If a REV player is claimed the waiving team has an additional X (6? 12?) hours to decide the player's fate.
6. If a player is waived within 24 hours of the next sim, then the player will not be processed until the following sim.
If claimed under the basis of #3 or #4 then the waiving team would have the following three options:
1. Pull the player back and keep him.
2. Workout a deal with the team that has claiming priority.
3. Do nothing and allow the claiming team to take the player for free.

The reasoning for #1 is that the real rule is players on the 40 man roster must pass waivers and there is no 40 man roster on Mogul. I feel it's plausible to make anyone who has played in the majors have to pass through waivers.
I like rule #2. I don't know if that is incorporated in FCM but I definitely like that one. If we have rules like this go into effect we need to have the most simplistic explanations for them. We already have so many rules that people are getting confused about what to do and feel like they aren't able to freely play mogul.
