Rangers accept. This was an almost perfect marriage of complimentary needs. Cincy, in the middle of pitched battle for the post season and needing a new home for Moxon and his unkind contract, found the Rangers, rebuilding from the ground up and highly motivated to move one it's last good pieces. In the process, Texas gets two specs it badly wanted, and a third they are willing to watch develop.
