I agree. Grant is better than his overall says, he'll be a good 1-2 hitter for the Rangers, and the other guys are nice, but I get two 3rds and two 4ths, so to me it's worth trading some solid specs to acquire picks that may net me solid younger specs and help my rebuild more. Rangers still have other picks as well, so we both made out good in this trade.
