50% buyout can be given if the player meets ALL of the following criteria:
-The contract has 2 or fewer years left in the contract.
-The injury was 50 or more days.
-The drop for overall takes the player below 80 overall.
-The drop occurs before he returns from the DL.
Harter's broken elbow injury was for 84+ days and he dropped from an 84 to a 74, the drop occurred at the time of the injury. He is under contract until next season. Therefore fulfilling all of the criteria needed for a %50 buyout.
