FWIW, this is exactly the type of bidding I'm hoping the three new rules will eliminate. It may be perception bias but the only offer I think He'd even consider was mine and even that one is a stretch. If a player isn't getting the money he'd like in FA he'd search out 1 year deals.

But the rules don't apply, I'm just wanting to notate this so GMs can see it's not just me getting upset randomly, it's been a consistent theme from every GM.
