Yo bro, I waited for us to continue talks Sunday night and Monday afternoon and since I realized Smith and Roberts we're basically impossible to land, Buchholz was basically the most affordable and reliable arm on the market to grab. I needed a guy like him the way he can produce with a good defense. Teheran was and is no where near my grasp so that's totally out of the question. Last but certainly not least, DJ should be find $5M for barking in a trade that doesn't involve the Astros. LMAO
