Should we adjust the penalty for failing to reach the required number of wins?
Just as a disclaimer -- I'm sure Andy would be making judgement calls for GMs taking over a new team and not being able to reach this tanking win requirement but otherwise this would be the penalty.

The only thing I'd strongly support is dropping their 1st and 2nd round picks back 10 slots (not 20). I think 20 is overkill and 10 is enough of a threat in moving out of the top 10. People tank for better picks, not the lure of stocking up on cash. Cash is just an added bonus.

I support pushing back their 1st round pick. Wiping cash out sucks, especially if you want to move a ballpark, but 9 times out of 10, rebuilding teams have so much budget space that their finances level out in 3-5 years anyway.

Frankly, we're focusing on the wrong penalty. Not sure anything needs to be changed except the 5 YEAR WB penalty dropped to 3 years. Never gonna change my mind on that.

Not a choice but I prefer to wipe out all tanking penalties!
Let people compete for the lowest win total just like we let people compete for the highest win total!
