Ciriaco was a off-season signing so needs approval. He was signed before i made the Kinnosuke deal and has been stuck in AAA. The $ 2 mil was really for Westrich but SFG said he needed a MIF bench player and liked Ciriaco. So my argument for dealing him is he moves from aaa to ML and i dont really profit on him moving.
