2B Lee Quigley 77/81, 23 yrs old, pre-arb

Wsh  gets:

C Brian Crawley 77, 25 yrs old, $1.8M arb thru '89


Colorado accepts. Crawley is a solid catcher, but we're rebuilding and lack 2B prospects. Quigley looks solid and still has a bit of room to grow.
