Go into Tools > Advanced Tools and click Calculate Salaries.

Go back to your roster and look and see what the salary for the given player is.

also, for everyone that has comp eligible players, in your resigning post make reference there for your acceptance/rejection to fallback. You can use the the method Corey stated above to obtain the fallback value.
