Over the years we'll keep adding to this and probably break it down into decades. Remember a few key things:

grade is not bad at all. It could be anywhere from "Average" (2.5 Stars) to "Above Average" (3.5 Stars).
2. I grade as if all Top 5 picks should be![[Image: 4-Stars.png]](http://dynasties.operationsports.com/images/stars/4-Stars.png)
, so anything below that in the Top 5 is considered lesser value than what you should have got.
3. The draft grade isn't all to do with how I like the player. It has some to do with where the player was taken. I may like a player, but if he's taken well before I think he should go, my grade will reflect that.
