Accept: With the development of McCoy, Villaroel, and Delgado joining Wea in the rotationr, I can afford to move Fisher and his salary. I have some good SP specs behind them too. Barrett adds much needed help for my sorry bullpen. The 4th overall is a nice way to keep my farm stocked.
