I agree. Font has been on my radar for some time. I have someone coming up to play DH, and Barton fill a hole of a guy in the middle of my lineup Ive needed for some time.

I accept, I get a small upgrade at 1B, replace Leon with Rodriguez who I like more, gain a good power LF, and get a spec that most likely will be nothing but could be decent. Boetcher was on the bench for me, so losing him means nothing. The only hard part was losing Font but what must be done must be done. WS or bust!

Never really wanted to trade Osamu, but I'm getting too much talent that's hard to pass up. I also get the relief pitcher I desperately need. And it doesn't hurt to shed some payroll with Osamu's contract.
