HOU gets:
3B Danis (94) age 26, $500K until arb '61
SP Woolgrove (90) age 24, $500k until arb '62
C/1B Hamanaka (88/90) age 26, pennies
RP Familia (66/80) age 21, pennies

PHI gets:
Picks #9, 40, 138, 164
SP Little (82/94) age 22, pennies
SP Mawdesley (64/90), age 21, pennies
OF Vaught (79/91) age 24, pennies
1B Chase (81/90) age 21, pennies
SP Price (82/85) age 25, pennies

Is it too big to be approved? idk. I'm going for it next season, so this was a chance to do some offseason shopping. Danis is a stud at 3B, and Woolgrove will solidify my rotation. Hamanaka can back up at C, 1B and DH in case of injuries and i like Familia for the future. This deal originally included only 9 and 40, but I decided to try to include the rest of the picks so I don't need to worry about drafting tomorrow.

Edited: removed pick 64 (comp pick, cant be traded) and added SP Price for PHI's return

Philly agrees to the trade. Although it does seem like I'm giving up some studs getting good solid prospects for the future and able to build a strong core for rebuilding this team with the specs and draft picks.
