PHI accepts. Niemann is an upgrade over Naylor, who I feel outperformed his ratings last season. Williams and White are both way off from being major-league ready. I'm in a win-now mentality and I have plenty of payroll wiggle room as well as a buttload of cash burning a hole in my pocket, so taking on $20 million in payroll to markedly improve my major-league roster is fine with me.

I agree. Niemann is gett a bit old, but he is a excellent pitcher still. Naylor in my eyes is a lesser Niemann, but younger. This deal helps me a little bit now, but in the future definitely a bit more.
