Sean Russell CF 31 $3.5 million Arb '60 79 overall
Astros gets:
Courtney Lankey CF 21 $100k FA '61 69/77
I accept. my offense has been dead in the water this year for whatever reason, so hoping change of scenery for russell helps me. russell is just rotting away in AAA for houston as well. lankey is an intriguing spec, he'll make at least a solid bench guy, but hoping russell can hit solid for me rest of season.
