I think my cash might still be wrong

I was at around 25 before the sim, but am now down to 10.

I traded 5.5 mil for Mager on DET, but sent two people to winterball for 20 from the bank. However, 30 mil was taken out of my bank and 15 out of my in game. This doesn't add up.
