The Mets gladly accept. Dealing some quality specs but we get the ace that we have so desperately needed for many years (quite obvious considering the contract we gave Doc).

The Mets pay all $15 million to buyout Price's NTC if that is required.

I agree. I get a few guys I like and there all young. Price will be missed but he never really had the great season we always wanted. Since we are really unloading everything we have, this move was one of the best we had.
