3rd rounder of Rays (pick 61?)

Rays receive:

Wilhelms (83) 1b/3b, age 25, 2.1 mil arb available

Padres approve

Receiving top pick in 3rd round is almost like a 2nd rounder. Wilhelms was just bench depth on my team but he should perform for another team.
