to

Atl

3B Chris Tarrant 77/95 arby
CF Larry Zimmerman 76/91 arby

RE: CHC/ATL Trade - mattynokes - 11-25-2011

veto

atlanta has zero direction are you rebuilding or competing it seems like you could have gotten your sp by just keeping pulgarin i believe we're just gonna see a trend where atl gets vets in one deal and then deals a vet for prospects in another i dont care what atl does it's his team but he needs to pick a route and stick with it

RE: CHC/ATL Trade - AndyP - 11-25-2011

I guess, to help clarify what is curious about this that would help with approving the deal:

Why did you want Attaway and not want Pulgarin and Lomax?

Jason:

You just gave away the centerpiece of a trade in which you gave away the file's most elite (or one of the most elite) player. Why this now?

RE: CHC/ATL Trade - hokeyrules - 11-25-2011

From my point of view I think ATL made a good trade here, neither prospect in my eyes is all that amazing especially with tarrants health.

Now as andy pointed out there is a little bit of a question of why CHC would trade Attaway when he was the main deal in trading Romero to me.

I am not going to post on the trade until I hear a reason, I am not out to veto or anything like that just want to hear about the change in Chicago.

RE: CHC/ATL Trade - piazza31 - 11-25-2011

pulgrain made too much money and was 26 and wouldnt be able to be resigned by me soon due to his asking price, lomax was 28 going on 29 with 72 stamina making 15.5 mil i know i shoulda gotten more for lomax but this deal actually helps me, pulgrain i felt i got what i needed for js

RE: CHC/ATL Trade - AndyP - 11-25-2011

As far as I'm concerned, I'm satisfied with Atlanta's end of things, waiting to hear on Chicago.

RE: CHC/ATL Trade - JRWorcester - 11-25-2011

I am not going anywhere fast and I really like the specs I am getting I need to replace Castro and Fowler and these guys will do that I need cap relief and no one else is sneding me any offers and I thought this was fair in return for attaway

RE: CHC/ATL Trade - hokeyrules - 11-25-2011

I will approve, makes sense that you want to replace those two, although you probably should not have resigned dexter to a 3 year contract when you are wanting to drop salary/replace him.

I thought I resigned him to a 2 year deal and also I did not have anyone ready to take his place just an FYI on Fowler.
