This trade may cost me any shot at the divsion because im dealing away one of the top hitters and closers in the game. But i saw 1st had what the lomax deal did for JHC. He took a lot of heat at the time of that trade, but is now set with up and coming players for years. both Reagan and Chiaki up for resignings help influenced this deal too

Well, I deal a lot of youth, but it's youth I don't like. Potter is the main piece I lose here, but Castro has time left at third. Kandrac is not the kind of catcher I like, and the two RP specs are nice, but I need an ace RP now. The weakest spot in my lineup, if you can call it that, was C. This team is young enough to where 1 year with no picks won't kill me, and this makes the Cubs the NL favorite, I believe.
