What Is Career Window? - mattynokes - 07-12-2011 Attached is what Clay from Sports Mogul wrote about the career window and how it affects the player's career path. Basically what it means to you is that players generally hit their career window at the season age of 23. Some hit it earlier (but this is rare) while others don't hit the window until 24 or 25, maybe even later. If this is to happen, this will take place once we've reached March 1. Players that hit their window will receive a +3 point jump in their individual ratings and a +4 point jump in their overall. However, the higher you get (90+ vitals or overall, the less likely you are to see the exact +3 point jump in ratings or the +4 point jump in overall.
