Im pulling out all the stop's to win the central. I think I get a ace pitcher for not to much but Crow's contract is a big risk. JHC's Lomax deal makes me think i have a shot plus i have $30 mil coming off the books in the off season.

No one has wanted Crow. He came to me with an offer that was good enough not to pass up. I like both specs. I would have never done the deal had my season not be going down the toilet but with that happening it just makes sense to deal him this year while he's still a great pitcher. And yes I agree to pay the other half of the ntc.
