This is a tough deal for me to make. I have resisted giving up Haven because of how talented and young he is but I think the time is right as I haven't been able to put a good enough core around him to compete.

Accept. Giving up a lot of value with the picks and a 1B who has mash potential, but we think we're painfully close and expect to compete heavily starting now.
