Any suggestions for this? We have minimums but we've never implemented any maximums for years, dollar amounts, etc. I'm open to ideas.

7+ year contracts are only activated after a bid reaches 300+ million.

I agree with Jmaine. We don't need small contracts that are absurdly long.

8-10 years -- $25M+ annually
11+ years -- $30M+ annually
Should suffice.

I'd say just to simplify it, contracts must be $30M per year if they exceed 7 years in length
