Bet: Broomfield will be peaked by age 22 (July 11, 2084)
I Win: If he's peaked or within 4 of his peak and has a different Speed ratings in his main profile than showing in his Base Running skills (indicating a player is actually peaked in development and just waiting for his Career Window jump).
You Win: If he has upside greater than 4 or has the same Speed ratings in his main profile as showing in his Base Running skills and still has upside.
