Poor Kemp took a huge dive in the last few years. We have a bunch of players due extensions soon that will be long-term pieces. So at the price of a good RP spec we unload that salary.

Haha, huge dive or not Kemp is still an upgrade over what we have currently. We have plenty of cap room so we take the upgrade and a free prospect and help out a fellow GM.
