SP Todd Fritsch 81, 28 yrs old, arb tbd by SD (I had him for $2.3M)

SDP 4th round pick
$2.5M cash
COL accepts. Fritsch was at best going to be in the pen, but I have other options there. I'll take the extra pick and the cash.

Need a couple arms for 2078, so he'll fill one of the spots.
