I accept. I get 22 million cash which makes this deal possible for me. So basically in a few years if I don't want Honzo anymore then he will be able to be released with no problem for me since I got all this cash. I should be under budget for many years with me rebuilding so win win situation either way. He gets a good RP, but he isn't in my future plans and gets 2 specs that have a shot at doing something. But I really don't care cause I have enough specs at those positions.
