Fred asked me to mock up what I'd do for a new stadium if I were the A's and attached is what I have. It's a rather basic stadium, but neutral parks are what I do for my own teams. Because of the 95 2B, I gave it Dimensions to give 102 3B effects as well as Short Grass to give it slightly above average BA.
