I would genuinely like to hear more on the why you agree. Neither player you're getting back is bad, but Price is aging and declining while Shaffer is solid, but nothing to write home about.

I agree to the trade bc i need bolster my bullpen bc at this point it non existent. Both players are to get through this seaon until I can better work on the bullpen.

The value was iffy to begin with and the reasoning to trade quality assets for short-term solutions solidifies it.
