COL accepts. Riddle fits exactly the profile I need for a pitcher to be successful in Coors Field. It seems a lot to give up for an 83 OVR, but that rating is mostly due to his health. He should be a solid starter for several years.

Accept. I like the specs I'm getting and I think I can find a bit of value with the draft picks. Riddle should perform well in COL.
