CLE2 receives:

LF Pete Twyman 83, 26 yo, pre-arb
SP Hal Balin 82, 28 yo, $5.0M arb
RP Theo Lyman 79, 33 yo, $6.4M thru '57
$2.5M Cash

COL accepts. Move some guys that weren't part of the long term plans in COL for a couple of specs that will hopefully develop over the course of the rebuild.
