I accept this trade. I get some much needed cash for a late 1st round pick which to me was worth it.

Take cash from team bank. I don't need the cash now the way I will when I'm competing, and league regulations make it very hard to hoard dough, so I'm essentially getting a first for money I will just get back in revenue sharing. Sounds like a cool beans deal to me.
