Best NL Small Market GM - 'PR' - 11-25-2010

Alright this is a poll to see who the league feels has done the best job as a small market GM in both the NL. By small market, I mean a team who if paying max in farm ($45M) and medical ($40M) would have a payroll budget of $32M or lower.

Jordan doesn't even deserve one vote IMO..... JPS and Erick are worthy of their votes, but Jordan hasn't done crap but get around 85 wins, and he's set to do the same thing this year. Teams like Erick's, mine, Mike's and Hokey's have been League Championship caliber or better and it took half the time as Jordan's rebuild.

RE: Best NL Small Market GM - Corey - 11-26-2010

My vote goes to hokey, he has done an excellent job of building a championship contender in Florida.

Then why did you nominate him in the poll?

Your team and Mike's team are not in the NL
