$3 million cash
John Burson 1B 25 $500k Arb '48 78 overall
Rangers gets:
Arturo Munis 1B 30 $1.2 million Arb '47 77 overall
The 3 mil helps me pay off my stadium at end of the year. i'll just stash burson in the minors. rangers gm said he likes munis and i don't have any room for him in the majors, so it's better to deal him to a team that wants him and get cash than stash him in the minors to die there.

Technically, an even lateral swap. The $3M is for better contact and considerably better defense at 1B We accept.
