Rangel has been a very good pitcher this year for me, and should help out Baltimore. I did sign Rangel to a 1 year deal in off-season FA, but I'm below .500 and I don't see a chance in hell of me catching the Cards or Pirates this year and certainly have no chance to get one of those WC spots with the beast NL East teams. I don't know the rules for sure on this, but a team like mine should be rewarded by taking a chance on a FA, he does good, a good team wants him and I get an extra pick for the player. In real life, if a player signs a contract in FA, he can be traded once it's June.

Rangel didn't interest me in FA, but the production this year combined with last season caught my eye. I'm in need of relief depth constantly and he should help the middle of my bullpen.
