Min gets the pitching help it needs and a semi replacement as well as long term finanical stability. arizona gets a catcher which it can desperate use.

if you are trying to lower salary why trade for webb.
if ari is rebuilding i am sure spects would have worked in a deal for webb considering webb went to fa and no one really wanted him?
