I've had my eye on Mertens and Senft for awhile and with the acquisitions of Hammels and Makoto I don't need Scarpetta and Neshek.

I accept. I don't really have a true third starter yet and maybe Scarpetta can fill that role. Neshek is a nice bullpen piece that i can rely on.
