I have Artis at catcher for the future as far as I can see it. So I move Haider, a CF spec I really like, and a solid young starter for a guy that can step up right now and play 3B until Vargas gets back and then switch to 1B and man the position long term. We'll love having his power in our 6/7 hole for awhile.

Accept. Rebuilding over here and these pieces my help the healing process. Was not going to resign a superstar to play for a middle to bottom team so I pick up a pitcher thats good to go next year, a nice catching prospect and a versitile outfield piece.
