Hermann has no real defensive positon. Gain a SP in a way I can afford by the salary dump of Amphlett.

Catchers are hard to come around. I really like Herman. Fanning is an average spec as well. Amphlett is a toss in to help with Kearsey's contract. So we accept. Plus I think Kearsey will thrive at Petco
