Edit: Actually, Soto has a no trade Clause, so please trade his friend SP Conor Simpson 77 to Pittsburgh first, for Webb. And then finish in-full the trade with Soto for Phelon.
Brewers accept. We have Siebert to catch as well as a prospect that we want to give at bats to at the ML level, and Soto was blocking him from doing that.
