I bypass Free Agency and pick up the SP I need. In this version of Mogul both of those guys are risky, but it's worth a chance.

I agree on the terms that Roy is a 1.33 guy
I get to move 2 hefty contracts and while I don't pick up a ton of talent, I pick up a useable SS and some potential players.
